Marchioni's Gastronomic Specialties commenced operation some 27 years ago with a vision to produce pasta at a commercial scale. In this time the quality and standard of our pasta products has maintained excellence in supplying Sydney's restaurants, delicatessens, fruit markets and distributers. With vision and passion our pasta range has increased to keep up with the ever changing palate of the everyday consumer and restaurateur.

Marchioni's pasta is manufactured using Australian hard wheat durum semolina grown in northern New South Wales. With our high quality pasta we only source the best ingredients for our pasta fillings, lasagne sauces and garnishes.
